End-User License Agreement & Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the PRO VENTS LLC website and its quote-request and booking features. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
License to Use the Website
PRO VENTS LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the website for legitimate personal or business purposes, including learning about services, requesting a quote, and requesting an appointment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the website or its software except as permitted by applicable law.
Services and Service Area
PRO VENTS LLC provides professional dryer vent cleaning services. Online pricing and service-area eligibility are determined by the information submitted through the website. Addresses outside the online service area may require a phone call to determine whether service is available.
Booking Requests Are Not Automatically Confirmed
A booking request submitted through the website is a request, not a guarantee that an appointment has been accepted. Appointment availability must be verified. PRO VENTS may confirm the requested appointment or communicate an available alternative. An alternative appointment is not confirmed until the customer accepts it. PRO VENTS may also contact the customer to discuss scheduling.
Pricing
The website may display service pricing based on the service-area information supplied by the customer. Pricing shown online is subject to verification of the service address and the applicable service conditions.
Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate contact and service-address information when submitting a request. You authorize PRO VENTS to use that information to communicate with you about your request, scheduling, service, and related business records.
QuickBooks
When the QuickBooks integration is enabled, information needed for customer and invoice records may be exchanged with Intuit QuickBooks. Use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit’s applicable terms.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, or use automated activity in a way that harms the service or its users.
Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third-party services for hosting, accounting, scheduling, communications, maps, security, or other functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes and Availability
We may change website features, pricing, service areas, or these Terms from time to time. Website availability and online booking availability are not guaranteed.
Limitation
